2024. West Seattle Health Club. Two guys who went there to do one positive thing for themselves and ended up with a second home.

The endorphins. The dopamine. The pump. Turned out that was louder than the next drink ever was.

These days we train to the point where the central nervous system panics — where the body decides growth isn’t optional, it’s survival.

No boardroom. No focus group. No investor who’s never deadlifted explaining what the kids are into. The mark is small on purpose. we’re not asking you to advertise for us.
